 Regardless of the design requirement, Alply wall panels will provide flexibility to fulfill any construction condition – from traditional to futuristic styles of
architecture. By combining the 3-diminsional nature of Alply panels with various joint treatments, almost anything is possible. Alply's snug seam systems are dry seal joints
that utilize an extruded silicone gasket and vapor barrier. Other joint systems can incorporate recessed metal reveals or standard wet seals
. All joint systems are available in various widths, flushed or recessed, and can be custom colored to match or contrast the panel finish.
 METALS
Alply Insulated Panels consist of a metal face skin, a insulating core,
and a metal back skin. Our ability to fabricate aluminum insulated panels with no oil-canning or delamination is unsurpassed. Alply's trademark is superior flatness which is achieved by our
custom fabrication process. In addition to aluminum we also manufacture panels from galvanized steel, stainless steel, natural copper, lead coated copper and other exotic metals.
 A dramatic, ever changing appearance for your building created through reflections is only one of the benefits of Alply's stainless steel wall panels.
Alply custom architectural insulated metal wall panel are cost effective, lightweight and strong due to our unique laminating process.

exteriors, finishes and custom details are available. Alply will help you with special details on interior and exterior walls, entrance areas, soffits, interior ceilings and other design challenges.
 Whether your project is in Canada or the Deep South, you can obtain the insulation value your building requires by using Alply wall panels.
All panels can be manufactured in thicknesses from 1" to 8" to meet R-values from 7 to 56.
Alply panels are completely factory fabricated and ready for installation when shipped, providing total quality controls under one roof and
eliminating secondary field fabrication by the installer.
 COLOR ODYSSEY OF THE FUTURE
Alply's color partner is PPG with
long-lasting premium performance finishes. These coatings contain Kynar® 500 resin to protect the surface of your building. Alply uses these coatings on aluminum to provide additional protection.
PPG's Duranar® is available in a wide variety of colors, some in stock and others in pre-formulated colors. Custom colors are also available
depending on the quantity.
Another featured finish, Duranar® XL, has the addition of pearlescent or metallic flakes and a clear top coat. Anodized finishes and natural
copper are also available.
In order to meet today's demanding schedules and to facilitate small projects, Alply standard Duranar® and Duranar® XL coil coated colors
are stocked in inventory. Alply stock colors offer both economy and prompt delivery.
