One of Tech Wall's optional dry joint system has been engineered in accordance with the "rain screen" principle, and provides for drainage from horizontal joints to vertical channels. All Tech Wall systems provide for condensation abatement and weepage via an internal drainage system, which collects moisture and directs it to the outside of the building. Also, the panel itself – with its welded corners – is impervious to water.
