Alply’s aluminum composite material (ACM) panel fits neatly into the Alply product family when an insulated panel is not required and aluminum plate is cost prohibitive. Two smart systems are offered that satisfy the vast majority of architectural applications.
The Alply AB 1000 dry-joint system utilizes the patented Snug Seam gasket and full-length perimeter extrusions. This is Alply’s premier ACM panel system for use on high-end applications where weather tightness and performance is critical.
The Alply AB 2000 wet seal system may be used in conjunction with any of a range of perimeter extrusions and relies on a silicon sealant to seal the panel joints.
